Entrepreneurship Training in Uganda for People Who Already Run Something

Most entrepreneurship training in Uganda teaches you how to start. B2CEO™ teaches you how to lead what you have already built — so the business can run, grow and hold together without you in every decision.

The Gap

Uganda Does Not Have a Shortage of Entrepreneurs.
It Has a Shortage of Management Training.

Walk through any trading centre in Kampala and the enterprise is obvious. Someone spotted a gap, took a risk, and built something from very little. That instinct is not the constraint.

The constraint arrives later. A business that started as one person's hustle becomes a business with eight employees, three suppliers, a landlord and a payroll — and nobody ever taught the owner how to hire, how to delegate, how to hold someone accountable without damaging the relationship, or how to read a profit and loss statement well enough to argue with the accountant.

So the owner does what has always worked: handles it personally. Every decision routes back through one person. The business grows to the exact size that one person can personally supervise, and then it stops — often for years, at the same revenue, with the same problems, and with an owner who has not taken a full week off since it started.

That is the specific gap this training closes. Not enterprise ambition. Management and leadership capability, taught to people who are already trading.

What You Learn

Six Modules. One Working System.

Each Saturday session pairs a framework with immediate application inside your own business, proprietary tools and peer coaching. You leave every module with something built, not something noted.

01
Stop Being the Bottleneck
Why your team waits for you instead of deciding, and how to change it. You leave with a working delegation plan. Related reading: how to move from founder to CEO and how entrepreneurs learn to delegate.
02
Hire Right, Manage Well
A hiring process that filters for fit before the interview, plus a 30-day onboarding plan that tells you quickly whether you made the right call. Related reading: when to hire your first employee in Uganda.
03
Lead Performance Without Drama
KPIs that mean something, feedback that changes behaviour, and the script for the conversation you have been avoiding. Related reading: managing employee performance in a small business.
04
Build Systems That Run Without You
Document what currently exists only in your head. You leave with your first written SOP and a plan for what happens if you are unreachable for two weeks. Related reading: how to build systems in a small business.
05
Lead the Numbers
Read your own P&L, understand where cash actually goes, and price for profit instead of pricing to beat the shop next door. Related reading: cash flow versus profit.
06
AI as Your Leadership Partner
Practical artificial intelligence that works on a smartphone and mobile data today. You leave with workflows already running. Related reading: AI for entrepreneurs and SMEs.

The full session-by-session detail is shared with registered participants. The framework behind the modules is explained in the six-pillar framework.

Questions

Entrepreneurship Training in Uganda — Common Questions

Who is the B2CEO entrepreneurship training for?

It is built for people who already run something. Most participants own a business with roughly 2–50 staff, make almost every significant decision themselves, and have never had formal management or leadership training. Startup founders hiring their first team, second-generation family business owners and solo operators about to become employers all fit.

It is not an idea-stage or start-a-business course. If you are still deciding what to sell, the material will be less useful to you than to someone whose problem is that the business now depends entirely on them.

Where does the training take place?

Sessions run online and in person in Kampala, so entrepreneurs elsewhere in Uganda and across East and West Africa can join the same cohort. A recorded, self-paced option exists for people whose schedules or travel make live sessions impractical.

How long is the programme and when are sessions held?

Six modules delivered over six weeks — one 2.5-hour session each Saturday from 9:00 to 11:30 AM, about eighteen hours of live facilitation in total. Saturdays were chosen deliberately: participants are running businesses Monday to Friday.

What does it cost?

The open cohort is UGX 250,000–400,000 per participant. A premium cohort that adds four private one-to-one coaching sessions is UGX 800,000–1,500,000. Self-paced digital access is UGX 50,000–80,000. Organisational, institutional and facilitator-licensing rates are listed on the formats and investment section of the programme page.

Seats can be reserved by mobile money. The current cohort dates and payment details are on the cohort schedule.

Do participants receive a certificate?

Yes. Every format — open cohort, premium cohort, digital access and organisational delivery — carries the same six-pillar curriculum, the same resource toolkit and the same certificate of completion.

What makes this different from other business training in Uganda?

Two things. First, the frameworks are drawn from established global leadership and management thinking but rebuilt around African operating conditions — managing relatives on the payroll, giving feedback where seniority carries weight, running tools on mobile data, starting from a notebook and mobile money rather than an accounting system.

Second, the output is not notes. Each module ends with something built inside your own business: a delegation plan, a hiring filter, a written SOP, a pricing review, an AI workflow already running.
